Washington was ranked the best state for jobs, according to a Nov. 29 report by personal finance website WalletHub.
To create the rankings, WalletHub used 34 key indicators of job market strength and economic environment. Metrics in the job market category include job opportunities and employment growth, and data sets in the economic environment category include median annual income and monthly average starting salary.
