Aflac's dental and vision divisions partnered with Skygen, a dental and vision benefits technology company, to add automation to Aflac's claims and billing processes.
Through the partnership, Aflac will add Skygen's Dental Hub to connect providers, insurers, patients and industry partners, according to a July 8 news release.
Aflac will also integrate Skygen's automation technology, boosting speed and accuracy of its claims and billing processes.
Skygen's technology is focused on dental and vision insurance plans and has nearly 50 million members across all 50 states, the release said.
