Dental artificial intelligence company Overjet is the only dental company named on Forbes' "AI 50 2022" list, and it has made waves in the dental industry by partnering with a variety of DSOs and payers.
Beth Gaddis, content marketing manager at Overjet, connected with Becker's on Oct. 26 to answer: "How have you grown your dental company in 2022?"
Editor's note: Response has been lightly edited for length and clarity.
Beth Gaddis: Overjet saw a year of extraordinary growth and momentum. Today, Overjetâs revolutionary products are used not only by some of the largest dental groups like Dental Care Alliance, Mortenson Dental Partners and Jefferson Dental & Orthodontics, but also by some of the major insurance carriers to more efficiently process claims, covering 100 million Americans. Amid the explosive customer demand for its FDA-cleared dental AI software, Overjet raised nearly $70 million at the end of 2021, catapulting the company to a $425 million valuation. Since founding Overjet in 2018, CEO Wardah Inam, PhD, has built Overjet into a global leader in dental AI solutions that is on a quest to improve oral health by creating a future that is clinically precise, efficient and patient-centric.
