Here are 17 DSOs that have expanded their networks into new states so far in 2024:
1. Jonesboro, Ark.-based GPS Dental added its first practices in Arizona, New Mexico and New Jersey.
2. Dallas-based MB2 Dental added its first practices in Massachusetts, Vermont, West Virginia and South Carolina.
3. Great Neck, N.Y.-based The Smilist entered Maryland and Massachusetts.
4. Fort Lauderdale, Fla.-based Vitana Pediatric & Orthodontic Partners added its first partner dentists in New York.
5. Scottsdale, Ariz.-based Imagen Dental Partners entered its 15th state through a partnership with a practice in Oklahoma.
6. Irving, Texas-based U.S. Oral Surgery Management entered New Hampshire and Maryland.
7. Boca Raton, Fla.-based Sage Dental announced its first practice openings in Alabama and Tennessee.
8. Southlake, Texas-based Allied OMS added Phoenix Oral and Facial Surgery to its network, its first practice in Arizona.
9. Sacramento, Calif.-based Straine Dental Management added its first practices in Maine, Arkansas and Florida.
10. Effingham, Ill.-based Heartland Dental expanded its network into Utah, its 39th state.
11. Denver-based Espire Dental made its first acquisition in Texas.
12. Denver-based Lone Peak Dental Group expanded into Tennessee with the addition of a four-office practice.
13. Miami-based United Dental Corporation marked its entry into Tennessee with the addition of a practice in Nashville.
14. Salt Lake City-based SPP Dental Partners added its first practices in Idaho and Nevada.
15. Sarasota, Fla.-based Dental Care Alliance added its first practice in New Hampshire, marking the 24th state in which the company supports locations.
16. Hackensack, N.J.-based Max Surgical Specialty Management expanded into New York and Vermont.
