Stephen Thorne IV. Founder and CEO of PDS Health (Henderson, Nev.): Mr. Thorne founded PDS Health in 1994, then known as Pacific Dental Services. In addition to his leadership at PDS, he is also a board member for several dental organizations, including the Forsyth Institute.
Robert Fontana. Chair and CEO of The Aspen Group (Chicago): Mr. Fontana originally founded the company as Aspen Dental in 1998. The company rebranded in 2021 to reflect its expansion, taking on dental implants, urgent care and medical aesthetics. He now oversees the organization's more than 1,300 locations in 45 states.
Michael Skolnick, DMD. CEO of Abra Health (Roseland, N.J.): Dr. Skolnick earned his dental degree from Rutgers School of Dental Medicine in Newark, N.J., before completing his orthodontic residency at New York University College of Dentistry in New York City. He sits on the board of several dental insurance companies and advises the state of New Jersey about policies concerning dentistry and orthodontics.
Michael Joseph. CEO of Sonrava Health (Coppell, Texas): Mr. Joseph began his role as CEO in February after spending more than 30 years as president and CEO of HCA Healthcare East Florida. He now oversees Sonrava Health's network of nearly 600 offices in 21 states.
