Danbury, Conn.-based Archway Dental Partners acquired New Britain (Conn.) Dental Arts.
Sarasota, Fla.-based Dental Care Alliance partnered with the Offices of John G. Fatse, DMD, a single-location general practice located in Monroe, Conn.

Boca Raton, Fla.-based Sage Dental acquired Children’s Dentistry in Tampa, Fla., and Marietta Dental Group in Jacksonville, Fla. Sage Dental also opened offices in The Villages, St. Johns and Tampa, Fla.
Irving, Texas-based U.S. Oral Surgery Management added Collier Oral Surgery & Implant Center in North Naples, Fla.
