Here are nine leaders from the company's executive team to know:
Robert Fontana. Chair and CEO: Mr. Fontana originally founded the company as Aspen Dental in 1998. The company rebranded in 2021 to reflect its expansion, taking on dental implants, urgent care and medical aesthetics. He now oversees the organization's more than 1,000 locations in 45 states.
Ash Eldifrawi. Chief Commercial and Brand Officer: Mr. Eldifrawi oversees all aspects of marketing and customer experience for The Aspen Group. He previously served as chief commercial and brand officer at Redbox, helping the company launch several new products.
Robert Boxall. Chief Technology Officer: Mr. Boxall oversees all aspects of information technology for the organization. Before joining The Aspen Group in 2021, he led technology initiatives at Redbox.
Richard Parr. Chief Legal Officer: Mr. Parr joined The Aspen Group in 2018 to serve as a corporate secretary and oversee the company's legal, compliance and risk management programs. He has several decades of experience serving as general counsel for healthcare companies.
Jeri Doris. Chief People Officer: Ms. Doris is responsible for supporting team members and assisting with growth strategies for The Aspen Group. She has previously served in human resources leadership roles at several other national and international companies, including Groupon.
Jacqueline Morris. Chief Strategy and Development Officer: Ms. Morris plays a key role in The Aspen Group's strategic growth initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions, partnerships, products and service lines. She was previously vice president of strategy and business development for Cardinal Health, where she led growth initiatives for the company's home medical supply and post-acute care management businesses.
Alexander Weiss. CFO: Mr. Weiss joined The Aspen Group as senior vice president of finance in 2017 and was promoted to CFO in 2019. He is credited with enhancing financial reporting, strengthening the company's financial planning and analysis and procurement teams, and driving expense savings.
Arwinder Judge, DDS. Chief Clinical Officer of Aspen Dental: Dr. Judge joined Aspen Dental in 2008 and serves as a clinical liaison to more than 1,200 dentists. He previously owned and operated several dental practices as president of East West Management Services.
Rahma Samow. President and CEO of ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers: Ms. Samow was appointed to her role in July and oversees the company's more than 90 ClearChoice offices nationwide. She has nearly 20 years of experience in medtech, digital health and clinical and implant dentistry. Before joining ClearChoice, she served as executive vice president at Straumann Group managing its global DSO business unit.
