The University of Louisville School of Dentistry received six-year reaccreditation for seven dental programs from the Commission on Dental Accreditation.
The commission reaffirmed the school's doctor of dental medicine program, bachelor of science in dental hygiene program and advanced dental education programs in endodontics, orthodontics, pediatric dentistry, periodontics and prosthodontics, according to a Sept. 12 news release from the university.
The school has more than 600 students across its dental programs.
The next CODA site visit for the programs will take place in 2030, the release said.
