Belgium-based Relu, a dental artificial intelligence company, is expanding into the U.S. with the opening of an office in Boston.
The Relu Engine and Relu Creator programs are used by dental laboratories and software providers to automate workflows, according to a Sept. 12 news release.
The company's expansion into the U.S. follows global success with their dental treatment planning automations.
Relu's goal with the Boston office is to establish a direct presence, as the U.S. market is becoming the company's fastest growing segment.
To aid with the expansion, Relu's CEO and co-founder, Holger Willems, is relocating to lead the initiative. The office is expected to open Oct. 1, the release said.
